	Managing Your Diabetes during the Holidays November 5th, 2009 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Lexington, NC
	Diabetes management around the holidays can be particularly daunting with all the food temptations everywhere. But the Davidson County Cooperative Extension has a way to help diabetics and their families with win the battle with temptations. By attending the workshop entitled “Managing Your Diabetes during the Holidays”, individuals will learn they have control over their choices; all it takes is planning. You will get very useful tips on how to balance holiday meals, parties and buffets. Participants will also get to sample some holiday recipes. The cost is $5 and pre-registration is required.
