Youth & 4-H

4-H is a fun and educational program for children ages 5-18. The 4-H program is sponsored by North Carolina Cooperative Extension and is dedicated to helping boys and girls develop life skills needed to be contributing members of their communities. Children of all racial, cultural, economic, and social backgrounds are welcome to participate in 4-H educational programs.

Davidson County 4-H offers general and special interest clubs, school enrichment, special interest programs (such as summer fun), and summer camps. Guided by North Carolina Cooperative Extension educators and adult and teen volunteers, 4-H'ers gain knowledge, skills, and experience that help them become responsible citizens and leaders.

Calling all 4-H members interested in participating in the Fashion Revue. We are looking to see how many youth would be interested in a basic sewing class sometime in February or March to help get members ready for the Fashion Revue. If you are interested in participating in a sewing class, please contact Julie Jones by January 11.

Honor Club & Scholarship Applications
