The Extension Master GardenerSM Volunteer Association of Davidson County is offering a $1,000 non-renewable scholarship that will be awarded to a student in April 2026 for the 2026-2027 academic year. The scholarship will be awarded in April 2026.

Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:- Be current high school seniors residing in Davidson County and attending a public, private, or homeschool within Davidson County.
- Plan to attend an institution of higher education and intend to pursue a degree in horticulture, agriculture, or any related environmental field.
- Have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.50
Application requirementsAll applicants must submit the following materials:
- Completed Application Form
- Personal Essay: A 250–500 word essay addressing the prompt below.
- Official Transcript: A current and valid high school transcript.
