Collapse ▲The N.C. Cooperative Extension, Davidson County Center is holding a Farm City Photography Contest through October 15, 2024. All professional and amateur photographers with high-quality images of agricultural activities and scenes are encouraged to enter.
Images including people must include a photo release. The photo release must be signed by the photo subject or the parent/guardian if the subject is a minor child aged 18 and under. All releases must be received by the October 15, 2024 deadline to be eligible for competition. In addition, all photographers must sign the photo release at the end of the entry submission.
Photos may be in color, black and white, or sepia, and should be in JPG or PNG formats. Photos may be enlarged to a minimum of 18×24, so it is important that the photos are of high quality.
Images should be taken in Davidson County. Photographers do NOT have to reside in Davidson County.

- Farm Machinery
- Field Crops
- Home Food Preservation
- Horticulture Crops (Fruits & Vegetables)
- Livestock & Bees
All photos selected for display or in marketing by the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Davidson County Center will have signage identifying the photographer and will include descriptive information submitted by the photographer. Private image location by exact address will not be identified, but names of farms, businesses, or communities may be listed.
Winners will be announced at our annual Farm City Luncheon on Friday, November 22 at 11:30 a.m.
